The hammock itself seems to do the job well. It hangs well and is sturdy. The bag that everything is housed in is small and light, excellent for carrying along or placed in a larger ruck. However, I paid for a new product, yet both carabiners that came with the hammock were scratched and one of them looked bent--this was straight out of the plastic bag and nylon bag that it comes in.
